A temporary hair removal method that quickly and effectively removes unwanted hair on the body and facial area using a warm Tea Tree wax.

Clients should return 3-4 weeks for facial waxing, 4-6 weeks for body waxing.

If you have never received a waxing treatment it is recommended that a patch test be carried out 24 hours prior to treatment.

Waxing aftercare advice:

  • Take the following precautions for at least 24 hours after treatment and longer if skin still feels sensitive:
  • Apply antiseptic/after-wax lotion regularly to keep the skin soft and to minimise any redness or irritation
  • Avoid hot showers or baths, aim for lukewarm
  • Red spots are a natural reaction and should disappear within 2-4 hours
  • Do not apply make-up, self-tanning preparations, body lotions or perfumed products as these can irritate the skin further
  • Do not touch or scratch the area as it could cause an infection
  • Avoid sunbeds or sunbathing
  • Avoid exercise or swimming as it could cause an infection

Waxing homecare advice:

  • Exfoliate in between treatments to help prevent ingrown hairs
  • Do not interfere with ingrown hairs as scarring may occur
  • Keep skin moisturised
  • Do not use any other method of hair removal in between treatments
  • If other methods are used, hair may return sooner
